Terms of service

Effective 29 July 2026

Draft notice: these terms are a general-purpose draft describing our intended commercial terms in good faith. They have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should not be treated as a final, binding agreement until that review is complete.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of the Hos91 platform, operated by Hos91 ("Hos91", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the hotel business you represent.

2. The service

Hos91 is a subscription hotel operating system covering front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, HR & payroll, accounts, reporting, guest CRM, and related modules, billed per property based on room count and plan tier as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts and your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. As between you and us, you (the subscribing hotel) own the operational, guest, and employee data you enter; we process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription, billing, and free trial

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as shown at checkout. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription only if you choose to continue after the trial period; we do not charge a card automatically at the end of a trial unless you have explicitly subscribed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing adjustments and cancellations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or to use it in a way that infringes the rights of guests, employees, or third parties.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the platform available and to respond to support requests promptly, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Front-desk functions are designed to continue working through short connectivity interruptions and sync once connectivity returns.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hos91 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Contact
