What happens if I grow past my plan's room count?
Nothing breaks. Room count isn't hard-capped - your usage is shown on your account's Subscription & Usage screen so you know when it's worth moving up a tier, but adding a room past your current limit never blocks your front desk.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Billing is month-to-month with no lock-in contract, and you can export your data at any time, whether you're an active subscriber or have cancelled.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Every plan includes onboarding (data import, initial configuration, and go-live support) at no extra cost - it isn't a paid add-on.
Who owns our data?
You do. Guest, staff, and financial records entered into Hos91 belong to your property; we act only as the platform processing that data on your behalf. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
