Hos91 ("Hos91", "we", "us") operates the Hos91 hotel operating system, including this website (https://hos91.com), the application at https://os.hos91.com, and guest-facing direct-booking websites we host on behalf of subscribing hotels. We are based in Mumbai, India.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and lead informationyou submit through this site's demo or contact forms - name, hotel/business name, email, phone number, city, and any message you include.
• Account and property data when you sign up for Hos91 - your name, email, and information about your hotel property (room count, address, GST details, and day-to-day operational data your staff enter, including guest and employee records your hotel is responsible for as data controller).
• Technical data such as IP address and basic request logs, collected for security, rate-limiting, and troubleshooting.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this marketing site as of the effective date above.

3. How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and contact inquiries.
• To provide, maintain, and secure the Hos91 platform for subscribing hotels.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
• To comply with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Data of hotel guests and staff

For hotels using the Hos91 platform, the hotel itself is the data controller for its guest and employee records (reservations, KYC/ID details required by law, payroll, and similar operational data). Hos91 acts as a data processor, storing and processing this data on the hotel's behalf and instructions, with tenant-level isolation between different hotels on the platform.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as payment processing and infrastructure hosting), and where required by law or a valid legal request.

6. Data retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We use reasonable technical measures - including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and role-based access controls - to protect data against unauthorized access.
